Almost any Anti-Flag, any that ive heard, has good bass parts for being a punk band. Same with Alkaline Trio i think.

But here's the deals for reals:
Crack rock steady bands (Choking Victim, Morning Glory, and LoC have my favorite bass)
Any grindcore band who uses maximum distortion on their bass (I love that sound)
Diseased Cadaver.
