Problems getting reply from Guitar Pro (Arobas)

I just bought GuitarPro5 online and in a moment of supreme stupidity used an obsolete e-mail address.

Now I can't activate the software because I can't get the key.

Worse still Arobas music have failed to reply to 6 e-mails requesting for help.
Are they rubbish? Wise words of advice please

First ever person to 'buy' guitar pro :P I mean you can get a cracked key for it if you want one, but then it kinda makes you buying GP5 irrelevent...

Bear in mind they may take a day or two to get back to you anyway.

I bought it 10 days ago and still no reply.
I'm very disappointed as this is not even a technical query.
I just need them to send the key to the correct address.
It doesn't bode well for one of those.
