you can't.

you can have it permanently banned if you really want to, but that means you can't make a new account either.

You don't. If you have more than one account, you need to PM a mod about it.

and as long as you PM a mod about it BEFORE they find out you made it, I think they will either let you off with just a warning or nothing at all... just ban the other account.
