ok this is my first solo that i have made an tabbed out. try not to be too mean. and in no way am i trying to show off, im still considered a beginner. for some unexplainable reason i felt like tabbing it out an posting it here. i think i mainly want to get some feedback on it an what people think. also an tips on how to make it better.

ok this is suppose to be played generally quick but not super quick. but a decent fast pace.

Much too random, it's more like a repeating lick with a random E and G thrown in. Fix up the randomness and it could be a decent lick, not a solo though.

I remember when i used to write " solos " only on the high e string too.

moar strings, moar bends, moar variety, and how can you write a decent solo without a rhythm guitar playing under it?...

This.

It hasn't got to be like 8-String-Diminished-Chromatic Sweep-Tapped-Arpeggios or anything, but this looks really repetitive, just by looking at the tab.

Maybe get powertab or GP and start playing around in that.

ok maybe i was wrong when i called it a solo, its more of a riff or a lick with slight changes. its work in progress, im new at this, an i dont know anyone good enough to help me or provide a rhythm.

but thanks for the tips.

ok that sounds pretty decent with it. but agree with everyone for the most part. ill fix it up an post it when im done. also if you guys have any ideas for a riff or solo that is generaly easy that i can refer too that woud be cool. or maybe a good scale that i could use to make a fairly easy solo.

I played it kinda slowish, but I also finger tapped the B's 10. Sounded pretty cool with distortion. Then I hit it up with a wah on the 12's that had to wrap it up. but it's really good.
