How do I use the codes again to create my own URL Link Name?

I want this:

how do I do that, I tried searching and I know it is asked frequently. how do I do it using the Insert Hyperlink icon next to insert image?

easy peasy

1 - click on the hyperlink icon.
2 - type the text you want in the window provided. in this case: Valveking Thread
3 - click OK
4 - type (or paste) the URL for the site in the new window provided
5 - click OK
6 - done

the result will look like this (without the asterisk) in the edit window:
[*URL=http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=737907&page=69&pp=20]Valveking Thread[/URL]

and like this when you preview or post.

it's convenient to copy the URL into the paste-buffer by right clicking and selecting paste.
then you can right click when it's time to paste into the URL window.
