incredibly underated or what? seriously, the man is a great singer and guitarist, but only because he took over the spot of Daved Lee Roth is he over-looked. i find it ridiculous actually.

I love Sammy with VH...just as much as with DLR. I saw them both, and I have to say that they were better with Sammy...live, that is. I must also admit that I'm not incredibly fond of Sammy's solo stuff. Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of his songs ("I'll Fall in Love Again" is a particular favorite), but I can't say I'm a huge fan. But man, Van Hagar is a highly underrated band! One of my all-time fav's!
