Can somebody give me a hand with this? I think others might like this information as well.

ok so wht u do is first put your index finger on ur belly button
then rest ur middle, ring and pink finger down all close together.
The area covered by ur other 3 fingers is ur diaphragm. thats the muscle u tighten up kindly like your taking a shit and u r constipated and u cant get it out, u tighten ur stomach muscles. so breathe in, tighten that muscle, then exhale the scream, dont use your neck!!!! only use it to an extent
*note-your voice will be sore for a day or so as u first start but it will get better!!!*
