problem with tab request page
 

i have been getting really weird bugs when trying to request tabs lately,

i write in all the things that are needed like band name, song name, and the tuning etc

but when i click the request tab button, a window pops up where it stands. message from webpage, please write song title. and i have put in the song title

it's really weird because when i use firefox this bug does'nt happen at all, but when i use internet explorer, it happens all the time :(

do you guys have any idea what could cause this and maybe how to fix it,
