Squid eyes easily get that big. And Cephalopods usually have the conical eye shape like that.



EDIT: Also, if it's from a squid the eye would have been likely to have expanded due to the fact that it's used to 4 or 5 times the atmospheric pressure at normal large squid depths. The eye inside the actual squid could hypothetically have been 75% that size.
