What do you think of this video that teaches blues chords?

Well it's not teaching anything so far. It's just a guy playing chords with no instruction.

That said, sounds like a Allman Brothers tune. Stormy Monday... without the substitutions! Just I IV and V.

Definitely this.

Also the video is bad. Dull and with almost no information in it that's of any use to anyone.

Get some close ups on the fretting hand and actually teach the chord.
