Pickguard crafting.

How would I go about making a pcikguard from a blank? I do not have access to affordable CNC routing, so if there's any other method I would greatly appriciated the info.

Is it plastic? What's it for?

How much equipment do you have? A router?

It's pickguard material ordered form Warmoth, and yes, I have a router.

It's a pickguard for a 1984 Ibanez Blaser. hence the need for making a new one.

Well it's not ideal, but if you're confident with a router then you can use your current pckgaurd as a template.
