An unwritten tradition of UG seems to be having Christmas avatars when the time is right. Christmas is coming up and shops are now selling Christmas items, so I figured that the time is now.

Go forth and unleash your Christmas avatars, or request the help of photoshop experts here.

sashki was amazing last year, so hopefully he will help again? :D

I think my avatar has been xmas'd since like 2009 because I was too lazy to change it back

If you can get a full costume on the Totoro then he's the undisputed winner and shall be my Christmas avatar, although I won't change it until 1st December. I'm not one of those November Christmas types.
