How to master sweeping? any tips
 

Ok here's the deal I have the movement figured out but since I practiced on my acoustic but when I grab my electric some notes ring out to be more precise they sound like pull offs to open but I've done it slow and notice that my fretting hand with the finger that's next to the pinky is the problem for example I am playing a diminished e arpeggio with my root on the ninth fret of the gstring when I hammer on to twelve its ok then I play the eleventh fret on bstring but when I continue the motion to the high e my finger kinda plucks the g then I checked it out close the finger is always on top of the string oh and btw its not a harmonic so that's a bout it any recommendations

Watch this: You need to mute more effectively.

You'll also wanna roll fleshy bit of your picking hand similar to palm muting. But, you're palm muting all the strings you're not playing. (It takes a bit of playing around with)

The left hand will start to work if you have proper curvature in all of your fingers. A flat pinky finger can ruin the entire sweep.

I never thought of that one ok I'm going to practice it cus I don't want any random ringing notes in my sweeps
