Egnater Vengeance
 

I just received my Vengeance head. It is emitting a noticeable hum with all gain and volume knobs set to zero on either channel. It does not increase with volume turned up. Has anyone else experienced this? Possibly a defect from store?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

But its normal to have hum on a tube amp unless its overly loud.
