omg im stoopid as hell.. when playing basic shuffles do you always go up.down,up,down etc??ive been downstriking the shuffles...duh

It depends on the what sound you want as well as the context.

I nearly always play shuffles as down - up down - up down - up down. That's just the way that feels best to me.
