Alright, so I guess I'm a music producer now.
 

There is a local deathcore band of freshmen and 8th graders who recently heard about my recording equipment and are now going to pay me 20 bucks per hour to record their "full length album." My equipment isnt really top notch, but I am very tempted to rip them off very badly if I go through with this. I mean, it's what they want, right? What do you guys think? Should I take advantage of some 14 and 15 year olds who dont know anything to make hundreds of dollars?

Guitarist just sent me a video of him playing one of their songs. Its not even deathcore, it's just generic AskingAlexandria-core. Now I am for sure going to rip them off. This is just way too easy for me to back out of..

I wouldn't, but A I'm nice, and B I really wouldn't want to put up with them.

If they were any good I might actually try to help them out, but then again I wouldn't know a good deathcore band from a bad one.

Everyone I know turned 14 in 8th grade

So was I. I started 8th grade 13 and then turned 14 later in the year.

That's nothing. I took my cheap Chinese-made snare drum and put stickers with the Slipknot logo on it, and told this kid it was a Joey Jordison custom snare. He believed me, and I sold it to him for 155 bucks. :haha: people are dumbasses.
