Neat d00dz

K-Lizzle 11-11-2007 09:36 PM

Ahh. Elvis Costello.

He makes this list deck.

Fugazirancid 11-11-2007 09:37 PM

i dig.

lolmnt 11-11-2007 09:40 PM

Love the list. It's introduced me to some new bands/ artists, including Nick Drake, who is amazing.

julio1987 11-11-2007 09:48 PM

Why is this thread open now? RIP old thread...

I think the vast majority of the people here will submit In Rainbows :p:

lolmnt 11-11-2007 09:49 PM

In Rainbows is very good

+1000 Although, the album that is suggested should be "My Aim Is True", IMO.

uhh_me? 11-11-2007 10:01 PM

two suggestions.

1)epitonic seems to be all but dead. it hasn't been updated since sometime last year, the community link is broken, and the radio streams don't work.

2)perhaps under websites add tinymixtapes and brooklynvegan

K-Lizzle 11-11-2007 10:01 PM

I agree. If This Year's Model made it, so should that one.

Although I think This Year's Model is a leeeetle bit better.

WyldeGibsonPlyr 11-11-2007 10:08 PM

Yup, I gotta say - 'My Aim Is True' needs to be on that list.

I also suggest 'It Still Moves' from My Morning Jacket (2003)..c'mon you all know its awesome.

Anyways..wonderful job.

K-Lizzle 11-11-2007 10:10 PM

And Gorilla vs. Bear. That's an excellent blog.

RHCP94 11-11-2007 10:11 PM

My Morning Jacket - Z? At an overglance, I didn't see any of their albums.
EDIT: Ha, Wylde beat me to it.

WyldeGibsonPlyr 11-11-2007 10:13 PM

'Z' is so great, but I think 'It Still Moves' stands as there grand performance and overall most popular album. I think 'Z' did a fine job of topping it though and I think I'd take 'Z' over it.

RHCP94 11-11-2007 10:17 PM

Oh, and Devendra Banhart's "Rejoicing In the Hands" or "Nino Rojo". Your choice.

WyldeGibsonPlyr 11-11-2007 10:19 PM

Did I just see Cat Stevens on that list?!
