It will work, but it only loops the dry tone, so if you change the amp say to a high gain amp and try and loop over your clean tone you had with the other amp, it will change all the overdubs.

Doesn't matter where it's made, if it comes into canada you'll get nailed for customs. If you use ups or fedex, you get charged brokerage fees on top of that.

On another note, yes that seems right.
