Are you 100% sure that you need a stack? You could buy an used JSX or XXX combo for 500 bucks if not less. You could also find some Marshall JCM combos that easily fit your budget.

2. Electronics and hardware, yes. They can almost always be fixed. But wood might be a different thing. Depending on the damage and the area, it might be really hard to fix....
