But really, I think the C stands for "carbon fibre", DFX stands for "digital FX" and FX stands for "effects". CFX are the newest and DFX the oldest MG series amps.

They are all cheap practice...

It is a Db7 chord in the second inversion.

The "IV7" (Ab7) chord is actually the dominant chord of Db major (which is also the next chord) so I would say there's a modulation to Db major. If you...

Yeah... But just use your ears if it doesn't sound right. I wouldn't trust a tuner if it made my guitar sound out of tune. I would just use my ears. Of course you can't do this on a gig but when you...

No, the relative major of C# minor is E major.

And both C# minor and E major share the same notes so it will sound exactly the same - what makes them different is the backing track. If the backing...

^ Well, there's a lot of chord borrowing in your track. Cmadd9, Ddim, Gm, Ab(add#11) and Fm are all borrowed from the parallel minor. C dim (which could also be called F# dim) and Caug are also...

You can remove the 7th but it won't have as much tension as the chord with the 7th would have. It has more pull towards the I chord if you play them as dominant 7th chords and not as regular major...

Yeah, C is definitely not the root note of every chord.

I would call the Csus2#5 either an Fm6/C or a Ddim/C. I would call the C7sus2 a Gm/C and the next chord an Abadd#11/C. The Csus4#5 should just...

Use your ear to tune. It could be an intonation problem too. As sarcoplasm said, you need to compare the fretted 12th fret note and open string (or 12th fret harmonic) to each other.

I would say the bridge modulates to A major and the progression is A-G-F-D-A-G-F-G-D (I-bVII-bVI-IV-I-bVII-bVI-bVII-IV) and then it modulates back to D. There's just lots of non-diatonic chords. And...

^ If you are in 4/4, it doesn't mean the rhythm needs to be just straight one two three four. For example a basic rock rhythm is 3+3+3+3+2+2 (used by AC/DC and many other bands). It's still in 4/4....

FYI, Marshall is a British brand, they didn't even make amps in the USA.

Also, used old JCM2000 DSL combos cost less than new DSL40 combos. And you can find them pretty easily.
