Well I'm not sure if they are discontinued(JCA5212) but they have not been available lately even in the US. For the Framus, you'd probably have to go used with your budget, they run $1000ish here...

I'd give the QC to the PRS. Vintage are on par with Epiphone guitars that are ~2x the price of the Vintage you are looking at (or that is what I have heard from the guys in the UK/Europe)

In Europe the best deal I know of new are the Jet City JCA 22/50/100/100hdm models. These are budget versions of the Soldano Hot Rod Avenger+ which are $2000+ amps in the USA. And I would get one...

Set the volume to max, gain to 0 and tone to your preference. This will boost the input signal and add a bit of compression and sustain plus you get a little extra punch out of the amp.

If you have the extra money, I suggest getting a OD pedal like the Digitech Bad Monkey to use with the amp. You set the OD as a clean boost and it can add that extra punch to you sound.
