Name of this chord

Dsus4add13

To name this chord I'd say "D suspended fourth -" but how do I say the "add13" part? Is it "addition thirteenth" or sumin'?

Cheers!

Neutral Milk Hotel fuzz?

In that song, Holland 1945, does that guitar have a fuzz going on? Does anyone know what make, or type or anything else about that sound? It's like a broken speaker, brilliant. :-)

Hendrix Watchtower trill?

Check this video of Hendrix at Isle of Wight. What's he doing at 04:00 - 04:06? It's like some mega trill that sounds like a pinball machine.
