I'd ask him, when he writes a piece, how does he find the 'line' between jazz improvisation and structure. Personally he improvises slightly too much for my liking. only slightly though!

I have to say this is some of best live solos...

steve has really bad intonation on his voice, so live he doesn't hit the notes perfectly or struggles to keep it sounding pro. All about eve is a great tune though.
