Go to performance music in Woburn, they'll have a stash of stuff in that price range and brands for those genres. If not: I'd go Peavey JSX for that kind of versatility.

Pedal power 2 plus. I have it, and from what I see from these posts (there were a bunch lately) it's a good go to for other people, too. Keep in mind cheaper bricks may not be isolated, so you...

I have a VK212 in my basement. Volume is 5 on clean, 3 on lead (w/boost on). So far, smooth sailing for me.

Are you willing to go used? Because with that budget, you can do the new incarnation of the DSL head with a used 1960 cab, OR a used DSL (previous model) with a new cab.

Voodoo lab 2 plus is $170 at guitar center. Ask whatever store that carries if they'll do a price match (if $30 does much of a difference). What is your actual budget and how many pedals do you have?...

Uh, do you mean Invader clones? At any rate, I don't know what to say for this one. With that kind of output I'd say the tone wicker and hope for the best on the highs. To my ears, the tone wicker...

The tone wicker is good. It works well with bright, high output pickups. Meaning, it isn't as bright or gainy as the regular Big Muff Pi. with the tone switch on and wicker off. It's also quieter. So...

If you don't need the EMG's, I'd say grabbing an RG450 at $400. if you are willing go used, an rg 350. Just keep in mind the trems and pickups on the sub-$800 (new) range of Ibanez aren't the best....

New Wah?
