I wouldn't say a Rectifier is the best amp for thrash. Some of the orange lunchbox amps might be a bit more suitable, and so much cheaper. The Dark Terror or the Dual Dark Terror?

Your iPod will have nowhere near the power to push a 412 cabinet like an amp head would. Some amps have an "aux in" so you could try using that. It won't "damage" the speakers if you hook it up...

Thank you very much! All it is, is a DI'd guitar and then a TSE 808 which is a digital version of like a tube screamer, then an x30 amp simulation then the new Joey Sturgis cab impulse pack!
