I've recorded a number of commercial releases for bands with the Saffire 6. It definitely isn't a poor quality interface.

It's hard to tell if anything is wrong with your guitar sound from that clip...

GClip is best used to soft clip peaks of transients from things with very high attack, like kicks or snare drums.

Your guitars are away too loud in your mix and completely drown out the drums.

The original recording has both clean electric guitar parts and acoustic guitar parts layered up. It's very difficult to get the acoustic sound from an electric. Try layering up a few different tones.
