Uploading from multitask is a temporary solution to you can use Metronome or Chord Library. If you open any tuner, you will get a bug again.

Yes, it's a new bug with iOS 8 and we will fix it in next update ASAP. Right now you can upload the app from multitasking bar to fix that issue.
