I had a similar budget and went with Sapphire Solo. It's the same hardware, just smaller with only two inputs. I use it to mic my amp and record my pedalboard directly simultaneously.

I'm thinking of the bbe supa charger. It has two high watt outputs for my digidelay and shimverb. And the outputs can be set to 12v for my AMT e1. All the reviews of it are great too.
