And Im sure they played a lot of def leppard style music, but the reason I said that is that When I want to get a strat I want to get a 1-2,000$ vintage and a blues amp. I wouldn't really want one...

Well u can add a mixer, something reasonably priced like a Behringher to get more inputs. Also the ux2 comes with a version of ableton live, i didnt like it but u should give it a try it might work...
