Widening Pickup Routes?

I recently won a BKP Nailbomb in a contest, and stupidly ordered one with a cover to put into my RG7321. Needless to say, the pickup is too big for the route in the corners. How would I go about...

What type of 5-way switch should I use to rewire my Ibanez?

I recently gutted my Ibanez RG7321, I've been planning on rewiring it, but I'm unsure of what parts to get.

I'm going to stick with the stock jack and get some CTS 500k pots, but I'm unsure of what...

A Fender Hot Rod Deluxe isn't exactly "tiny", but it's got plenty of headroom, takes pedals nicely, and is a 1x12 combo. They're easily in your budget used.

The only company I know that makes a metric dickton of 8 string sets is Circle K. They're pricey though, about 10 bucks a pack. Worst comes to worst, order a set of say 9-46, a .60, and a .75 or .78,...

If there's an effects loop on the amp (FX send/return OR poweramp in/preamp out), run the ditto through that. The whole looped signal is running through the distortion which jumbles it all together....

Depends on what you're looking for. A Vox AC4 gets you classic style tones, the B52 AT100 gets you Recto-style Brutality, and the Vypyr gives you okay versatility.

I would run it like this.

TU2 -> Crybaby -> Phase 90 -> Big Muff -> Micro Amp

But, of course the best order is the one you think it sounds best in.
