Yep. Damp cloth with some mild dish soap works. For the grunge at the frets, you can scrape that out with an old credit card. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

That being said, I just sold my Epi 339 Pro. Stayed in tune just fine.

Fret wear is normal.... OVER TIME. If youre putting that kind of wear in the frets since march, you have a seriously heavy hand. Work on lightening it up or you will be paying for Level and Crowns...
