Amp Isolation

I use a head with a 2x12 cab, but I struggle to hear it nicely so I end up sitting on the floor to get a good sound. I need something to raise it higher, about the size of another 2x12 underneath it....

Thanks for the help, it was a bad speaker cable. But thanks Robbgnarly for the troubleshooting advice, will use that in the future when I experience a problem.

Try a modelling amp like the Fender Mustang or Line 6 Spider. Maybe even a Roland CUbe or something. I used to own a Mustang II and it could be used for everything.

Yeah because I'm playing gigs so I need loud but I also want to ge a good tone at low volumes. I just need something for now until I can buy a 2x12 to use at home for low volumes.
