What I meant was that the key signature isn't accurate because it's not B minor, it's B dorian/b5, as you said. The root is definitely B, but the key is not quite B minor. :p:

The scale used I'm not actually sure... it's not harmonic minor and it's not melodic minor, though it's very close to A harmonic...

Also, generally we try to avoid having a natural note as well as an altered one. What that means in this case, is this chord has a G as well...
