I'm sure that was the problem. That e string was almost touching the frets and was clearly far lower than the other strings. I loosened the strings then tried turning the screws in the opposite way... |

It's certainly not cool to have the same one super-high pitch note played on the e-string's 14th-20th frets. I need those notes back! :( |
