Yes, that's how I tune. But since the fretted note is a bit sharp, the resulting A is a bit sharp as well.

The 12th fret is sharper than the open string as well.

Yes I have it already. I had a higher budget, but all guitars I found had Floyd Rose tremolo's (Or equivalent). As I have mentioned, I need to change tunings frequently, so this one fitted my budget...
