Acoustica's Beatcraft is probably the cheapest. It also sounds pretty good for basic recording.
If you have the money to go for anything from Toontrack I would recommend that.

Can someone tell me what this is called

The very fast strumming done mostly after the 1 minute mark.. I know they do it a lot in flamenco music but I don't know what it is called.. or how to do it without shredding my hand....

I love the bass tone and guitar tones. So heavy... the guitar could be a tad more biting imo.
The mix was really good too, with some badass vocals it could be a really solid...

Thanks for the crit, I am definitely trying to achieve the drums in a massive hall sound haha. The abrasiveness of the volume changes is done on purpose as well... all for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
