Nice cover. I love this song. Everything sounds good, if you need to work on anything it would be to strengthen up your vocals...but that will come with lots of correct practice.

Hmmm. I tend to come up with the guitar arrangement and vocal melody and then have my mate write some lyrics to that vocal melody. Songs come in various ways though!

i usually just feel it out. Record your riff, put it on your mp3 player, listen to it and just sing whatever comes to mind. Vocal melodies are usually easy for me, it's the lyrics that stump me...

Seems like a good cover, the guitar felt a bit quiet in the mix at times though. The video production was fine, maybe you changed camera angles too much, and abrupt ( no transition) but it was fine...
