The DD-20 isn't really a pedal you buy for the tone. It's just indestructible and sounds great in a band mix.

You guys know a 6505 is basically a SLO with some part changes right? Add a choke and change out a few resistors/capacitors and you're ready to rock. The cleans sound bad if the amp is biased too...

This is one of the reasons why I originally got a Mono Wet over the Stereo. 100% wet is crucial for me. I don't actually know if the Mr Black stuff does that sound but a Supermoon would be awesome....

That Korg SDD-3000 reissue looks very promising. I've been meaning to breadboard that preamp for ages. I'm sure the digital delay sounds are quite good as well.
