Yeah, not a good choice at all. It's strictly for line level signals (from a CD player, DJ deck or whatever) - you'd need a mixing desk/standalone preamp to use it with microphones.

Lovely bit of software, far more logical and intuitive than Pro Tools. Also supports a much wider range of plugins and instruments. And it's far cheaper.
