having owned both guitars, I'd take the GS mini . the solid top really makes a difference. different strings on the mini tames it's brightness if you so choose to do so. I don't know if any are left...

You're from Wa. try ordering taylor's Holden Village GS mini. it has a lot of ties to your area and in my opinion sounds better than all the other GS minis.
