http://www.jimdunlop.com/product/ergo-lok-strap is pretty good, not as handy as a proper strap lock, but yeah. Also headstock isn't a hard fix, just make sure to glue and clamp it proper. |

Well, I tuned a set of Rotosound RS66-LB strings...
Well, I tuned a set of Rotosound RS66-LB strings to BEAD (octave up from what a low B on a bass would be) and they're like .90-.35 or something. It wasn't very comfortable to play though. |

If you like the way the passive Warwick plays, go for it. The sound difference shouldn't be that big. Also swapping pickups is a lot easier than changing the way a bass feels. |

Tool-wise you'd need a screwdriver and whatever files and Allen keys you'd need to set it up. Maybe a drill, if the body you got doesn't have pickguard holes or whatever. |

ok for pickups you can just get EMGs or something that uses bar magnets and not worry about anything. Although I think a normal 7-string pickup should work. |
