Superior drummer has tons of samples that will sort you out for that.

The Ultex Jazz III is only available in one size though, and that's the small and thick one.

I pretty much only play with Ultex Jazz III picks now, and they wont bend nor do they feel the slighest bit slippery.
They last a long time as well before you have to change picks.
