I'd go with a 212 with V30's. They react nicely to the TH30. Greenbacks are also a good option, in my opinion. I like the V30's more, but the Greenbacks work for a more vintage sound-character.

I wouldn't worry about competing with the other guitar players amp. Sure, it might not sound as good in a stand-alone setting, but in a live full band mix, I doubt a lot of people in the audience...

I was going to suggest the DSL as well, but I'll throw in Orange as an option too. The TH30 is nice in my opinion, don't know prices in Norway, but I've seen the odd RV combo go for 800-ish euros.
