To restore: open Tabs HD > Tools > Restore > enter the same Apple ID, that was used for purchase.
If you still can't restore, please create a ticket, our Support team obligatory help...

Uploading from multitask is a temporary solution to you can use Metronome or Chord Library. If you open any tuner, you will get a bug again.
