I wouldn't be to concerned about the "flame" finish because that look to be the fotofinish to me (so its a photo not a veneer)...you said the necks ok so I would just make sure the cracks aren't... |

try taking 4 of the screws out and just leave the...
try taking 4 of the screws out and just leave the 2 outside ones.....also make sure you have no points of friction, so nut is well lubed as well as the saddles and make sure the strings are properly... |
