You could do it by either setting up a jig...
You could do it by either setting up a jig similar to what you would do for a truss rod or you could manually drill it out with a large-ish bit in a hand drill. |

I don't like reverb. I think it masks other effect's tone, unlike what many have said about it masking the player's tone/mistakes. I find it annoying with medium gain applications, especially. |
