Neither. Get an Axefx :) . Im not being an asshole either, you can get a used Ultra for fairly cheap if you save up a bit. Neither Line 6 nor the Eleven Rack can even hold a torch to the Axe.

You are over-thinking it big time bro. Most midi keyboards have a usb port which you can use to connect it directly to your PC. Then you just need a DAW, and whatever plugin you choose to use...
