Sounds like the rest of the instruments is the issue.
Try compression, EQ-ing and make sure you have a decent stereo image rather than having everything panned centre.

I've got the S7320 which is pretty much the same....

I've got the S7320 which is pretty much the same. The Ibanez one was the only one that fit it properly due to the thin profile, definitely worth it in the end.
