Yeah, I've been thinking about it... the H&K is gonna cost me as much as a used Super Champ X2 and then I still have to buy the cab, plus it doesn't have onboard reverb, plus it's not going to sound...

They're both tube amps. The Fender has DSP involved, but it's got two channels and the first one cuts out almost all of it. It's colloquially referred to as the "blackface channel," which is why as...

It's the 5 watt version. I'm really torn; the Fender, on manufacturer alone, seems like it'd get me closer to the tone I want. I also wouldn't have to buy a cab, but the price on the H&K makes that a...

Is there any reason to buy a Line 6 Verbzilla instead of an M5?

Hey y'all. I really love the Line 6 Verbzilla, but I've noticed that it's cheaper to buy the M5 pedal modeler that also comes with a whole bunch of other effects. Is there any reason to buy the...

I wish I never bought my Roland Microcube, but I wish I'd kept my Ibanez SA160, my Peavey Valveking, my DL4, my Verbzilla, my 10-band EQ, my Carbon Copy, and my Tubescreamer.

I sold a lot of junk...

Want to refinish my guitar, have a couple questions about prep and paints.

Quadraverb, Microverb, Nanoverb? What's the difference?

It's probably not as bad as I remember. At the time I was enamored with my Valveking (not sure why I even bought the microcube) so it might just have been a case of getting what I paid for.
