Sanded the neck joint on the top for tight fit....

Sanded the neck joint on the top for tight fit. Next step is routing the neck pocket with a top bearing bit.

You could adjust it a little higher and there wouldn't be a channel like that.
That's what I do to get the round over look with a bead bit.

I cut the holes on the top and shaped them with a file. Later I will deepen them more.
